Service & Maintenance

Crane systems have to undergo an annual inspection which is a mandatory requirement of the H&SE backed ‚LOLER‘ regulations.

A simple inspection will not cover any precautionary measures and maintenance issues which would however be covered in a proper crane service.

A crane service by our highly trained and certified engineers will optimise the lifetime of your crane system and minimize your running cost.

• lubrication of wire rope / hoist
• oil level check
• brake adjustments
• wear report (gears, brakes, wheels, etc.)
• rope inspection for wear and accidental damage
• check for safety equipment (limit switches, hook catches)
• visual inspection of crane and gantry structure
• inspection of cables and long-travel conductors including collectors
• completion of service report sheet(s)
