Crane systems have to undergo an annual inspection which is a mandatory requirement of the H&SE backed 'LOLER' regulations.
A simple inspection will not cover any precautionary measures and maintenance issues which would however be covered in a proper crane service.

- oil level check

- inspection of cables and long-travel conductors including collectors
- completion of service report sheet(s)
